What We Do

Pipeline and Cable Inspections

Both in-kind energy and data transports depend on the reliability of subsets and cables on the seabed. Using innovative tools and C-Track Surveys' expertise, advanced inspection of such critical infrastructure guarantees its safe and reliable operation. Our services include:

  • High-resolution surveys: We can generalize detailed pipe or cable line maps by allying with sonar technologies such as side scan sonar and multibeam echo sounders. For those maps showing the hazard zones, there are strong chances of coming across seabed deformations, rocks & fish gears, or any other dangerous features that could damage the pipeline and cable.
  • ROV inspections: To fully explore in detail, we utilize ROVs with high-resolution cameras and sensors to probe for any damage or problems, such as corrosion or leaks on the pipelines or cables from a distance. The vehicles that can go through the complicated underwater locations and present photographic/video materials for the detailed damage evaluation may be used.
  • Data analysis and reporting: The team of engineers with years of experience will process the data from the questionnaire and ROV from underwater inspections to check for any mistakes, assess the seriousness of any damage, and suggest means of correction or maintenance plans. This analysis gives an image that is clear about the condition of the pipeline or cable and, in turn, assists in deciding about areas that need maintenance or repair to prioritize work.

Inspecting pipelines and cables by C-Track Surveys prevents downtime and incidents that cause environmental issues and makes the infrastructure system reliable.
